The evening begins with a slow, hatha + yin + somatic release flow designed to restore balance and mindfulness, followed by guided breathwork and meditation to help ground and center your energy. Throughout the night, guests will explore a series of interactive full moon activations, including symbolic release practices, creative expression, and intentional rituals designed to support clarity, expansion, and inner alignment.
