Join us for Flowing Together, a Mommy & Me Pilates experience in collaboration with The Wellheld Movement, designed to slow down, reconnect, and move with intention. In celebration of Mother’s Day, we’re creating a space where moms can pour back into themselves while sharing a meaningful moment with their little ones.
This gentle, guided session is less about perfection and more about presence. We are blending mindful movement, bonding, and community in a way that feels natural and supportive. After class, stay and enjoy a curated experience with local vendors, kids activities, and wellness inspired touches.
