Join us for a heart opening Full Moon experience designed to help you soften, release, and reconnect with your inner light. This intentional evening blends movement, sound, ritual, creativity, and community.

We’ll begin with a heart-opening yoga flow led by Manu Magick, designed to gently awaken the body, expand the chest, and create space for emotional release. The flow will transition into sound healing, allowing vibration and frequency to calm the nervous system and deepen your connection inward.

Please bring your own mat.

Following the flow, guests will move through a series of guided activations curated to support self love, expression, and release. You’ll be invited to write a love letter to yourself, pull an intuitive affirmation, paint from the heart, release what no longer serves you through a fire ritual, and craft a custom heart centered essential oil roller to take home.
