Join us at Muse for a grounding afternoon of yoga, breath, and community with Jenice. This all levels class is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and move with intention in a welcoming space.

Please bring your own yoga mat and come as you are, whether you're new to yoga or have an established practice.

After class, feel free to stay and enjoy a relaxed moment with the community. We’ll have matcha and light offerings available, creating space to connect, unwind, and linger a little longer.
