The evening will begin with a grounding guided meditation and gentle yoga flow, followed by a deeply restorative sound healing experience to help calm the nervous system and create space for reflection and release. Throughout the night, participants are invited to move freely through a series of intentional activations created to support personal growth, creativity, and connection.
