Join us for an evening of grounding, reflection, and community beneath the Wolf Full Moon—a powerful lunar moment inviting us to slow down, come home to ourselves, and honor both our emotional world and inner resilience.

This immersive experience is designed to help you release what no longer serves you, celebrate how far you’ve come, and set gentle intentions for what’s ahead—held in a safe, nurturing space.

The evening will begin with a slow yin yoga practice, guided by trauma-informed teacher Pam, offering intentional movement, deep stretches, and nervous-system support to create a sense of safety and embodied calm. From there, guests will be guided in the space for reflection, rest, and energetic cleansing.
